MORAL EDUCATION
Value Education does not form a separate dimension of the curriculum but is integrally interwoven into the entire fabric of the curriculum. Stress is always laid on developing a self disciplined approach to life and work; to have a discriminating mind, the courage to tread new paths, and to follow the dictates of one's own conscience even if it means being different.
The School lays great emphasis on imbibing values in all the students. The Education framework stresses on principles such as truthfulness, honesty, respect for elders, patriotism and courage.
For the purification of mind, body and soul, Havan is performed daily in the school premises to inculcate the spirit of Indian culture. The children are taught to recite the 'Gayatri Mantra' and 'Aarti' songs. Lives of great men and women are discussed elaborately and shlokas from the 'Geeta' are chanted. In addition to this role plays and one-act plays highlighting the glorious Indian Tradition and Culture is performed from time to time. Guest lectures are arranged for moral education classes.
S.U.P.W -Best out of the wastes
S.U.P.W stands for Socially Useful Productive Work, in other words, any work or an activity which is of constructive use. The children of our school learn to be creative and productive as they learn to create the best out of waste materials in the field of Art & Craft.
Their creations are multivariate as seen in doll and toy making, pottery, painting, wall hangings, paper cutting for decorations.
