SCHEDULE FOR PRE- SCHOOL (NURSERY) SESSION 2012-2013
Age 3+ yrs (born between 1.4.08 and 31.03.09)
- Registration opens from 02.01.2012 to 16.01.2012 on all working days for General category from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and EWS category from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m.
- Last date for submission of duly filled forms along with supporting documents is on 16.01.12 by 12:00 noon for General category and 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. for EWS category.
- Display of First List of the selected candidates along with Wait Lists under General Category on 21.01.12 at 9:00 a.m.
- Payment of fees for the candidates of the First List from 21.01.12 to 28.01.12 by 12:00 noon.
- Confirmation of the First Wait List (subject to availability of the seats) under General Category on 30.01.12 at 9:00am.
- Payment of fees for the First Wait Listed candidates from 30.01.12 to 04.02.12 by 12:00 noon.
- Confirmation of Second Wait List (subject to availability of the seats) under General Category on 06.02.12 at 9:00 a.m.
- Payment of fees for the Second Wait Listed Candidates under General Category from 06.02.12 to 11.02.12 by 12:00 noon.
- Confirmation of Third Wait List (subject to availability of the seats) on 13.02.12 at 9:00 a.m.
- Payment of fees for the Third Wait Listed candidates under General Category from13.02.12 to 18.02.12 by 12:00 noon.
- For admission under Free Ship Quota, draw of lots will be held on 16.03.12 at 2:00pm and list will be displayed on the same day i.e. 16.03.12.
- Confirmation and submission of documents by parents of Free Ship Quota by 23.03.12 by 12:00 noon.
- Closure of whole admission process – 31.03.12
